The Corona Diaries, day #58

They've certainly enjoyed their baking sessions with all this time off. Tess's online school lessons often came with a recipe too, so plenty of cakes and crepes enjoyed these last few weeks! 
One last cake (banana and chocolate) being made here, before school in the morning for her. We've briefed her on what to expect as best we can, so now it's just fingers crossed it all goes well. There'll no doubt be some adapting and adjusting till it all runs smoothly... just like at the start of lockdown and their home schooling. A new phase of adjustment - I think there'll plenty more to come in the next few months, but they're great kids and they've coped brilliantly in these strange times... and argued surprisingly little! (phew!)
