Slow day

Yet another date in my diary got pushed back today. Even though it has only been pushed back a few weeks, for which I am very thankful, I have to admit the disappointment hit rather hard. I think it's because it was the last thing left in my diary for this year that I had been really looking forward to. So today ended up being a rather self-indulgent 'book and banagrams' day, although I have to admit that was actually really nice. On a more positive note, my sourdough starter showed the first signs of growth today. Here's hoping that continues!
