Neighbourhood problem

We seem to have a problem lately in the neighbourhood of excess dog mess.
Most dog owners who I know are always responsible with picking up after their dogs.

But lately I’ve seen the same green bag being left behind and it’s really annoying me.

So today I put this picture up on our neighbourhood Facebook page and said my piece!
