Day 16: The Poplars

Day 16 of Alert Level 3.... Yay, tomorrow we drop down to Alert Level 2. The shops and cafes will be very busy. I think I’ll stay at home. Maisie and I were out very early. There was a nice dawn sky. Here are the poplars... with the BMX track in the foreground. I love winter trees. Once the leaves have have fallen the trees can look amazing in their skeletal shapes. Not much sunshine today... just high cloud. Son Duncan and Bryan the cat have arrived this evening. Our cats were very pleased to see Bryan. They are all such good friends.
