Bread

I really didn’t think it would work as my dough went a bit flat but decided to cook it anyway. Surprisingly it is edible and quite tasty but a bit flat and can be improved. Thanks to those who sent useful links which I’ve followed up. 

Yesterday we had no new Covid cases in our state but today there were another 6 new ones. There are lots of tests being done so hopefully we will pick up the stragglers and any outbreaks quickly.
