THE FIRST FOXGLOVE

I don't think I have ever looked inside the flower on a Foxglove before.  Fascinating when you see all the little hairs and yellow blobs which presumably are there for the bees to get pollen.

I'm sure if I'm wrong someone will tell me.

The weather is less windy but still with a cold wind but still no rain.  Yesterday I had to water the flower bed as it's too dry.  Also the strawberries which have already started to flower.  Looking forward to strawberries, raspberries and blackberries this year,  yummy.
