Holiday cactus

First I would like to thank you all for your kind words yesterday, I will get round to catching up with your blips soon.

Weather still unsettled lots of wintery showers and still quite cold but the sun did come out when we were on our walk. 

The road side is ablaze with new flowers, the  daffodils, daisies and dandelions have made way for the ox-eyed daisy.(see extra).

Todays blip is a holiday cactus, I grew from a cutting last year.

The new pond lights arrived yesterday so Mr PC connected them up (future blip), while he was behind the pond he heard the sound of birds cheeping and found a nest with three baby tree sparrows. 

Not much else done in the garden as it was too cold.

Got out the Hairy bikers cookbook and made Prawn curry for dinner.
