Confused

Lockdown has its quirks. Interpretation of what you can, and can’t do seems to be headline news in the UK. To assist, I have posted this image. Went into town to exchange an old tv decoder at the Orange boutique. Online details said it was open. On arrival at the shop (1500 hrs local) the shop was closed. This is what I found. Four COVID-19 notices on the same entrance door advising me that:
A. The shop was open, Mon to Fri, AM and PM at the times indicated for appointments only. 
B. The shop would be opening soon.
C. The shop was a collection point for parcels (call number x etc.)
D. The shop was opening on 18 May (3 working days away).
I have decided to wait a while longer to see if any more options are posted.
