Library

I wasn't all that surprised to find that the library hadn't miraculously opened today, though I did think that an armed guard and his rusty hound were perhaps a little over-the-top.
There is actually one piece of public "art" round here that is not related to soldiers, guns or boats, but I'm saving that up as a special treat.
