Sea wood
Took advantage of the fact that we could drive a little way from home and we drove 10 minutes , along the coast road to Sea wood.!
We missed the bluebells , you could see the remains of them and they must have looked spectacular but the wild garlic was in full bloom. A carpet of white!
There were a few people at the far end nearest to Birkrigg but mostly we had the place to ourselves and we could let Fletch off the lead. We took our time and had a good wander along the paths. I took quite a few photos. Collage in extras.
There were quite a few cars parked at key places on the way home but not too busy. The view across the bay was lovely. It's always a nice drive but today it felt extra special.
Another Zoom meeting tonight as plans are made for ( under government guidelines ) members to start archery again in the club's woods.
Somewhat annoying that the meeting was changed from 8 pm to 20 past because one member " couldn't make it at 8" ... Hes at home for heavens sake.. as it was, he didnt come on line till gone 9. Sigh!
I must remember that theres a live workshop by Wilkinsons on macro photography tomorrow morning!
