Wide Wednesday - Portrait Mode

I thought today's wide Wednesday theme of portrait mode would easy considering I like vertically oriented photos, but our town is woefully lacking in tall subjects. Then I remembered this chess piece that a friend told me was once the tallest in the world. I couldn't find any corroborating facts on the internet, but went with the photo I captured anyway. It used to sit inside our museum, but now has been moved to a spot behind it. Perhaps that move coincided with its fall from record holder status.
