Poached Egg.

I wonder how Andy would have rated the poached egg on my warm salad with black pudding and bacon.
I never knew he spends a lot of time in his kitchen trying to 'perfect' a poached egg until we were out walking one day over the Christmas hols. It is always interesting the unexpected things you find out about people!
