Ooppss!

A few scratches on my back bumper after a young lady reversed into it.

Could have been much worse. A second later and she would have hit me as I was about to walk behind my car.

She was most apologetic (first rule of an accident: admit nothing! Even if it is your fault).

She was also quite upset because it was her first bump, and asked why I managed to be so calm about it. Well it's easy: cars get fixed or replaced. Nobody got hurt so nothing else really matters.

She's agreed to pay for the touch up job so we font have to bother about insurance companies but I've got all the necessary information in case she tries to wriggle out of it!
