All coming together....

Up at 5:45 with young H so after I let her out and made her breakfast she twaddled back to bed and I made a cup of green tea and cracked on with our latest jigsaw.

Managed out last night for my third run in four days and no reaction to the ankle niggle so looks like that’s away now touch wood.

Going to head out again today.
