Deserted Haworth.

It was incredibly strange to walk up the usually busy main cobbled street in Haworth this afternoon. All the shops closed and nobody about. It was as though time had stood still with notices in windows saying "we will be closed from March 23rd for the foreseeable future"...mad to think how times have changed...

However the main event of today is Polly's birthday. She is four today. I think you're all aware of who Polly is, but just in case, she is my sister's adorable bichon frise.

Polly has enjoyed receiving a new personalised collar and treat tin in the post, plus a socially distanced visit from her walker who delivered some treats for her to enjoy. I hear she was more than a little excited to see her at the other side of the window!

I cannot wait for the day Polly and I can enjoy a sleep over at the Travelodge, having spent a day with her Mummy and Daddy in Troon.
