Orange

I killed two birds with one stone this morning*
Shopping and exercise in one go.

Went off on a shopping expedition to the Scotmid at Bonnybridge (just followed the main road) and, after a fairly successful outing for once, returned back home via the Canal towpath. Spotted this orange-tip butterfly along the way and, even more remarkably for me, managed to catch it on camera.

Two long and very welcome conversations with friends via phone and Facetime this afternoon. Shop, walk and talk. And that was my day.

* no actual birds were killed or harmed during my shop & walk
