One of my Irises, albeit looking a tad windswept.    I'm sure they were a dark purple last year but I love the colour it is now!!
I went to Laurel Farm Nursery this morning where they have the fruit and veg stall, the produce is so fresh, nicely displayed and looks delicious I always come away with much more than I had intended but it will all be eaten.    After lunch I spent a couple of hours in the gardening, then I had a baking session, Flapjacks, Ginger and Marmalade Loaf Cake and a crustless Cheese and Broccoli Flan.   I've had some of the flan for dinner with fresh salad leaves from the garden and local tomatoes and very delicious it was too.
