Lobster night

So, the local deli have decided that once a week they’ll pick up fresh lobster from North Berwick and prepare them with garlic butter before delivering them to the door. Ten minutes under the grill and heaven awaits.

We ordered two last week, one each for me and Ruby. Joe tried some and was an immediate convert. So, this week I ordered three (this is one of two trays) and we had a feast.

I’d been at the laptop from first light again before a quick virtual bike ride so I hoovered mine up.

In other culinary news, tomorrow is sushi night. Supporting another local catering firm.
