Triffids
The bubble we have been living in has grown. We are now able to see our son, daughter in law, Miss Izzy and Miss Tilly.
Miss Victoria and her mum and step dad have a different bubble.
So, it was lovely today that Izzy and Tilly came over for the afternoon and to eat tea with us. It was so lovely to see them and it’s amazing to see how much they have grown. They have been outside almost every afternoon den building or looking after animals. They were both looking incredibly healthy and kissed by the sun. Both seem very happy at the moment and there were no squabbles. They have loved having their parents around all day and they seemed to have grown a new maturity.
We found a birds egg in the garden and so in they came to look it up on the computer and discover which wild bird it came from. They found it was the egg from a Song Thrush.
Miss T and I took them home just before sunset and we remembered we didn’t have a blip. We popped down to the hotel in the hope of catching the sunset. We missed it but the sky looked beautiful and these Echiums looked liked Triffids.
