Salad Days (Soon)

Back to the allotment this afternoon, great weather for working there and I got the last of the spuds planted. Noticed that a couple of the earlies have been frosted but only slightly so they should recover OK and surely we’ve had the last of the frost by now. The salad stuff is coming along at speed, I’ll be picking spinach pretty soon I think. Not too sure that the old, wingless owl is scaring the birds away!
Things must be getting back to normal - some idiot tooted at me today for walking on the road! Where’s he been for the last seven weeks?
