Day 52 – Taking the sun

I went out to Lidl this afternoon to get some chocolate (and a few other less important things); sadly the normal 60% cocoa one was not in stock. Afterwards, I went down to the canal to try and see the swans and cygnets and found them opposite Boroughmuir school where the wee ones were taking it easy in the sun whilst the Pen stretched prior to ushering them on to the canal. The extra is the family swimming happily from bread that they didn’t really want; so I was cheered by that.
