Notes: Mic working and me packing, organizing in the morning and early afternoon. Headed out around 315p, drove by Kathy's and got to see her and Lizzy! Stop at Hen's also for couple things and then on to Mom's Organic Market. Back and made cauliflower gnocchi with mushrooms and tried the sweet potato sauce and pesto - pesto much better. Also went ahead and made up the broccoli slaw and riced cauliflower with mushrooms and ground beef. Chest suddenly full and raspy so spent some time inhaling boiled chinese herbs and using Vicks and the heating pad.
