Allium

Just another ordinary day. 

I put towels and my towelling robe into a hot cotton wash which takes two and a half hours. I never go out while the washing machine is on so during the time I mended the zip on my favourite jacket, at least I hope I did. 

I pottered round the garden to check on the poppies but it was too windy to stay out for long. One poppy plant was a bit wind blown so I used a spare peony frame to support the plant.

Zoom with sister and nieces tonight ..... that will be a time of non stop chat about food and the books we've been reading.
