Simpsons Clouds?

I spotted a Danger Of Death sign on this pole on our walk today, so after our brush with electrocution yesterday I kept mrsfb well away.

I always expect to see Homer Simpson trudging over the horizon towards us when I see clouds like this, possibly on his way home from the nuclear power plant.
