Off piste
We headed up Craigower this afternoon with it views of Loch Tummel and Rannoch and beyond - we can reach the viewpoint in under an hour from our house.
We took advantage of the golf course being closed to explore some of the woods on the far side from our path up - there are (apparently) standing stones near the fairway of one of the holes. We couldn't find them (possibly in the wrong bit) but did come across the section which caught fire a few years ago. A number of trees had fallen down but a fair number where still standing, albeit with blackened trunks.
We also spotted a squirrel - the first I'd seen for a while - and a heron in Moulin.
In addition to the various stones which are dotted about the town, math puzzles have now appeared.
Have a lovely weekend all.
