Rose and copper sulphate

It was really very close, humidity at 95% and warm with it. Blighty weather. So I broke out the sprayer and gave potatoes, vines, tomatoes, fruit trees and roses a gentle dose of copper sulphate sold as Idrorame here. Never found it in the UK.

It rained the next day but hopefully it will have done the trick. I miss the UK Blightalert system. Apparently planting potatoes well spaced allows the foliage to dry out faster which helps prevent fungal infection. As does watering at the base only and not all over the leaves.
