Another Beet seedling loaded meal

After a busy day at allotment transplanting tenders (now that there are no frosts in the foreseeable future) : climbing French & Runner beans, sweet corn, courgettes and pumpkins; there was just time for a beetroot seedlings loaded evening meal:
Non-dyed smoked haddock in an onion, celery and cheese sauce;
Cauliflower and broccoli Couscous;
Tomato; and
Sautéed beetroot seedlings with garlic and chilli.
