It was the last run of week 6 in our couch to 5k, a full 25 minute run in the sunshine. I added another loop whilst they waiting on a bench, then we headed back home to bake the very tasty olive, sundried tomatoe and roasted pepper bread Charlotte had made. There wasn't much of that left by the end of lunch!

This evening was our second WI zoom meeting, our planned speaker was talking about organ donation ahead of the change in law next week where it's assumed consent unless you opt out. A change which has no doubt got lost in all the other things going on at the moment.
