Happy days!

I had a yoga session via zoom on a video call today. It wasn't for me though, it's much easier when it's one to one.
Later in the day, I went for a trike ride with Jamie again. This time around a part of Worksop which was unfamiliar to me! Just call me Indiana Raf! Had a nice little sit down by a river.
Also had my VERY first trip out to Sheffield to have a distance doorstep chat with my big sister Kiera. Also went in a shop! I've not done that for a few months. And let me tell you, I was like a puppy in a pet shop!
