Swedish kanelbuller (cinnamon buns)
Another pupil challenged me to make these. I was a little apprehensive as it involved yeast and I'm not quite Paul Hollywood... yet!
However, for a first attempt, I was pleasantly surprised and they tasted good enough to share with a few people. Will be having another go. I quite enjoyed making the knot shape with the ribbons of dough.
