On the water

Today I went for a walk along the Thames from Surbiton to Kingston. I arrived at 7.30am to avoid the 'crowds'. It was sooo lovely to see. I had really missed the water.  There was hardly any traffic noise, and the birds were full of song. Lots to blip but this shot won, as it was the first one I took and looked so serene.
After an hour or so, there were many more people about. I won't be visiting over the weekend but next week I think I'll try walking to Teddington Lock.
