Front Garden after a rare winter rain

The front garden's winter colors look saturated after a very rare winter rain. It didn't amount too much, just .01 inches but it moistened the air none the less.

It is very rare for it to rain in Denver in the winter,it usually snows. I can count it on one hand the times it has rained between Dec and late Feb.
