Venison

Venison medallion, zucchini noodles, and carrot soup. Wine: Andrew Murray Curtis Vineyard Cinsault 2017.

A delicious dinner with one small hiccup: I was a bit overaggressive with my use of Aleppo chili in the soup, making it unintentionally fiery. It was too much for my husband, though it was a somewhat happy accident for me. The wine was very lovely.
