Keeping centred!

Although some restrictions were lifted today (not that I am about to join 9 people in the pub),    today was the first day I felt somewhat flat and dispirited. Time to put on my big girl trousers,  keep busy and centred. I am sure everyone has some not so chipper days, and as I mentioned before I am so fortunate in locality and situation. Looking forward to tomorrow :-)
