Fitness comes first?
I head up to the Banff Centre, (pictured here) most days on my lunch to go to the gym for half hour. This is 15 min climb up a hill and 10 back down to work. I do this because it ALWAYS makes me feel good, no matter what. This shot is of part of the mass complex sat on Tunnel mountain.
Tonight I effortlessly ran 5 .3 miles, (almost 10k) in 34.10 minutes. This is the first time ive run since the tinnitus. Yes it made me feel better and my weight is way down as I have consumed zero booze in nearly 2 weeks. 156ilbs. I was running between 6minute mile and 7 minutes mile pace without even thinking about it. So my running is still on par.....
