Hanging on

Typical  walk along a nearby stream and nothing blip worthy, back on the road and this little guy flapped around in front of us then managed to “ fly “ a few inches off the ground and hang on to a leave before disappearing into the safety of some undergrowth, considering the noise behind us, the Chaffinch parents were close by and not happy with our presence so we moved on.
