Work Out

I read  today that someone is saying  Florence Nightingale was a racist. Eh? The rants are getting more unhinged by the day. Unless someone can enlighten me.*

An early get out to the 6 am mini Tesco to stock up with wine, chocolate and dishwasher tablets. All essentials. Did a diversion on the way back and got muddled up leaving docklands. It's so much easier on a bike than in the car because you can go where you fancy. 

Now after a fry up I am ready to clean the patio and do a bit of painting. I know how to make Saturday exciting. 

* I've just googled it and apparently the BBC said she was a racist in an edition of CBBies. But her family were tolerant liberals. So this is where the sages are now finding their source material.
