Adventures in baking

It's a cliche but like many folk I've taken to baking during lockdown (yup, I'm the reason you can't get flour).

My favourite bake so far is this challah bread, a beautiful Jewish loaf that I used to occasionally buy from Wholefoods.

But now I know I can bake it. And it makes amazing French toast, the perfect weekend brunch.
