Lockdown toy!

I don't do a lot of baking, but during our present lockdown, I've been doing more than usual. I decided that I would like a new mixer, I have a hand held one, but I thought I deserved a nice free standing one - and today it arrived! It was a bit more expensive than I had originally planned, but it's definitely going to last! I'm really pleased with it, and looking forward to using it - just need to find some recipes that aren't too high in calories!
