Footpath

This morning Gavin, Xena and I had a good walk in the woods - just over 7.5km and it was not too busy, mainly cyclists rather than walkers which seems to be the trend on weekends.

We had a quick lunch of burgers on the BBQ, and then Gavin and Luke went to play golf. Adam did not join them as he was concerned that playing golf would aggravate his prolapsed discs in his back, which have been healing well with all the stretching exercises. Thomas has too much university work to do so he worked all day. It was a perfect day for golf, sunny and not too hot so I hope they have a good game.

Another lazy evening tonight, Indian curries from Cook for supper and I will probably watch a movie - the boys usually chat to friends via video link, or play poker or do a quiz. And just like that another weekend goes by and next week we enter our 9th week of lockdown.

I liked this tunnel of trees that we walk through to get from one area of the woods to another.
