Ella - self-portrait!

We’ve had a quiet day after a very social (mainly virtual) week. I did FaceTime with Joan from the Lakes today and that’ll be it till next week, when we have 2 birthday zooms plus other calls.

Carol dropped off our Guardian and chatted from a distance. We enjoyed reading the paper while eating my Toasted sourdough bread and drinking coffee from our espresso machine. What a Saturday treat!

Ella sent this self-portrait. She’s enjoying lockdown so much! (She does have a mouth which is very tiny under the nose). I love it - she looks like a cross Lucy in the Peanuts/ Charlie Brown cartoon strip. Only in real life she is rarely grumpy!

We are thinking of going to the beach tomorrow. It can only be reached by 4WD so hopefully will be quiet.
