Back to Nature

A relaxed day today for me which was nice. I still woke up fairly early ans wasn't able to get back to sleep. So I got up went and got some bits from the local butchers and then  home for breakfast . A quick trip to put petrol in the car its been a couple of weeks since i did that which is nice and a quick check on work, all ok which again was good.
Late morning we decided to take the opportunity to travel for our walk and blip , not to far about 7 miles to a local nature reserve Fiskerton Fen which we visited last just before lockdown. Nice to visit again despite it been a little breezy and cool it sure was nice to be back with the nature. Plenty of wildlife around cuckoo , terns and plenty of warblers hiding in the bushes. We spotted this lovely Damselfly which on closer inspection I have identified it as an Azure Damselfly (male) 
Back home for a relaxing afternoon and evening which will be film night and a few beers .
