The baby Starlings who have been living in our attic have now fledged (thank goodness, I must block up that hole) and are being delightful and VERY demanding!

In other news:  I've made a pompom to go on my finished knitted beret, made g/f brown bread (with nuts and seeds in and more often than not disgusting), made my trusty g/f granola (oven was a bit too hot, so a bit more crunchy than usual) ....../
