Tree stump

There was a lovely cherry tree outside our house but when the tree surgeon came out in December to give it a tidy up, he said it had a fungus problem and ought to be cut down and so it was leaving this large stump.

Lockdown has given me the time to sort out the front and so we now have grass growing where yet more stones and weed membrane was and I have tried to make a feature of the unusual stump and root. Hopefully these rockery plants will spread and it'll look nice.
