What a beautiful thing nature is!

This lovely foxglove has chosen to grow against the cottage wall next to my postbox making a pretty little scene for me (and the postman) to enjoy.

Today I have been treated, I watched a male and female blackcap bathing together in my birdbath (the garden is quite secluded!) when I first looked out and later I was sitting about 8 feet away when a spotted flycatcher also had a bath, stunning.

Later in the day I went to see RF and help do some gardening with her, it was a real treat to be doing something together but still be safe. 

Today has been a great day.
