Dried fruit

I saw this at my farmer's market today and just loved it. The woman that made it said it lasts about a year. She had edible flowers and a few other things. Oh my gosh, it was so fabulous to see some of the regular vendors that I just love and have not seen in 10 weeks. This Thai woman that I adore and makes the most gorgeous pottery that you can use in the oven and then serve in came running over when she saw me. We all the sudden remembered to refrain from hugging one another. It was actually very funny as we caught ourselves. I bought a pottery piece from her a few years ago for my neighbor. I am going to splurge and get a piece for myself next week. She has been selling her Thai food only these last several weeks. Next week she is allowed to start selling her pottery again. I did buy some of her curry today, it's completely vegan and so delicious. I also make my own Red Thai curry that is out of this world but is a lot of work. So I am happy to support her.

I had such a productive and fun day today. I even danced around the house with my music blasting.

The extras are of another flower arrangement piece and my tofu that I just cannot seem to get enough of!
