Lemon Meringue Pie

Following on from yesterday’s “I cant remember when I last had pizza”, today we have “I can’t remember when I last had lemon meringue pie” - much, much longer ago than when I last had pizza!
Miss M decided to make one for Sunday lunch and it was delicious. She also made two mini ones to take to the grandparents with their Sunday lunch delivery.
Two out of three of the returning adults like to cook, which is wonderful but not good for the waistline. I’m a bit worried that when lockdown is finally over, I won’t be able to fit through the door to get out!
