Hard times

Mum has a cold so she rightly
didn't go into visit Dad today.
Instead, I popped down to
the Western and saw him from
2 to 3 in the afternoon. He
was lying in bed and said he
was feeling a bit cold. He had
a blue dye test to check his
swallowing and passed it just
fine.

More importantly, he had his
first real food today, first for
two months. Just hallf a
yoghurt but it's another step
forward. We chatted for an
hour before I had to get back
to the office.

Worked until 6pm and caught
the bus home. C was out and
I made myself some tuna with
pasta.

Times must be hard as I've
got a hole in both socks.

I filled in a house selling
questionnaire that our
solicitor sent us and watched
a bit of telly.

Bed early.
