These (new!) shoes are made for running ...

Okay; slightly dull picture, but just couldn't resist noting the fact that this new pair of running-shoes are replacing my previous ones, which I bought some 7-years ago to the very day ...

... 7-years worth of running from one pair of shoes - not bad ;-)

Regular readers will know that was all part of a previous blip-existence when I was training for the Edinburgh Marathon, which I did indeed complete!

Anyhow - have already been out in the new ones; and what a difference ... not sure I'll be going any faster, mind you??
