Day 5: Morning Gold...

Day 5 of Alert Level 2.... it’s good to report there have been no new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours. And no further deaths. New Zealand has got off lightly due to the “Go Early, Go Hard” actions set by our government just as the coronavirus reached our shores.
The early light on the willows alongside the Taylor River paths was decidedly golden this morning. A crisp clear morning that became a sunny autumn day.
